When you submit a reservation request, we collect your name, email address, preferred date, number of guests, and any optional details you choose to share (country of origin, accommodation, and a personal note). We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled externally via a secure link sent by email.
We use your information solely to process and confirm your booking, to contact you about your reservation, and to coordinate the tour experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Reservation requests are processed through Formspree, a secure third-party form service. Your submission is transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to our inbox. Formspree's privacy policy applies to their handling of form data.
We retain booking information for as long as necessary to provide our service and for reasonable record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
